Race Car Driver Nicole Lyons Event
Meet Nicole Lyons during this Labor Day event. Nicole Lyons, the first African American woman to race the NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) Top Sportsman and the only woman to race NHRA Top Sportsman D2, will discuss her drag racing career and her transition to NASCAR.
Lyons will speak from 1:30pm - 2:30pm in the Jim Cherry Memorial Planetarium and will be available afterwards to sign autographs.
The Nycole Lyons racing team car will be on display from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
