Morningside Mile Registration Now Open

Register now for the Morningside Mile, Atlanta's only 1-mile race with cash prizes.

Dude, it's only a mile! 

Don't miss the 3rd annual Morningside Mile benefiting the restoration of Virginia Highland Historic Firehouse 19, Atlanta's oldest.

The Race (high noon)
Register now to run Atlanta's only 1-mile race with cash prizes. Great swag: technical race hat (first 750 registrants); commemorative pint glass koozie; complimentary SweetWater beer at Doc Chey's or frozen yogurt at Yoforia during the block party; raffle prizes and more. Runners of all levels from competitive runners to families are welcome. Race starts in Virginia Highland and ends at Morningside Village. Registration closes Oct. 11 or at 1,000 runners, whichever comes first. Register in-store at Phidippides Ansley or online at www.MorningsideMile.com before race numbers sell out!

The Block Party (noon-2 p.m.)
Music, food and family fun hosted by Morningside Village merchants and our neighborhood firefighters. Local vendors, noodle eating contest, face painter, bouncy house, firefighter activities, running expo and more!
