Hawks Players Deliver Toys at Hospital

Players visit kids at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston

On Wednesday, Dec. 21, the Atlanta Hawks surprised patients at by bringing the holidays to the hospital.

Atlanta Hawks players Al Horford, Zaza Pachulia, Jerry Stackhouse, Jason Collins and Magnum Rolle were on-site to deliver toys that arrived by reindeer and sleigh to each and every patient.

In addition to receiving toys from the Atlanta Hawks, patients and their families were invited to a holiday party where they participated in arts and crafts, played games with the Hawks players and took photos with Harry the Hawk. Hawks players also conducted one-on-one room visits for patients who were too sick to attend the holiday party.
