Free To Breathe 5K Saturday at John Howell Park

Expect to see plenty of runners this Saturday around Virginia Highland and Morningside.

The Free To Breathe Atlanta 5K Road Race will take start and end at John Howell Park.

Here's the event schedule, from the Free To Breathe web page:

7:00 a.m. - Registration & check-in
8:15 a.m. - Welcome rally
8:30 a.m. - Run begins
8:35 a.m. - Walks begin
9:15 a.m. - Awards ceremony & closing remarks

It's too late to register online or by mail. Race-day registration is $30.

For those who have already signed up, packet pickup will take place 5-7 p.m. Friday at Fleet Feet Decatur at 431 W. Ponce de Leon Ave.
