Still time to register for Saturday's Atlanta BeltLine Eastside 10K
The weather looks to be great for the event that is expected to attract more than 1,000 participants.
The forecast for this Saturday is for plenty of sun and temps in the mid-60s. Sounds like perfect weather for a scenic run as the Atlanta BeltLine Running Series will hold the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside 10K on Dec. 1. Runners will have a chance to take to the new Eastside Trail, winding through the Inman Park, Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, Poncey-Highland, and Virginia Highland neighborhoods. This is the first official walk or run on the recently opened Eastside Trail. Runners will also pass by the new Historic Fourth Ward Park and Skate Park, see skyline views of downtown and Midtown Atlanta, travel an off-road stretch of the Atlanta BeltLine corridor, and go through Piedmont Park.
