Mad with cabin fever and ready to get out for dinner? I spoke with several restaurants in Virginia Highland Wednesday afternoon to find out who's open, who's closed, and what's out of stock. Here's what we know: American Roadhouse: Opens Thursday from 7am til 3pm for breakfast and lunch. "Delivery trucks came in today, everything is getting back to normal," the restaurant told me this afternoon. Atkins Park Tavern: Open now til late night. Anna told me that Atkins Park received a delivery today. But they are out of fried chicken, smoked chicken, wings, muscles, knockwurst, artichoke dip and pretzels.
