After a rather long stint in IT consulting I quit my corporate career and attended culinary school in NY & Italy. Upon my return home to Atlanta, my best friend & I founded Squash Blossom Kitchens, a boutique catering company dedicated to providing the perfect meal for every occasion. Our inspirations are rooted in Mediterranean cooking styles, though we are able to flex to accommodate almost any palate. All dishes are created in-house using the freshest ingredients possible.
